Internship Opportunities:

- Marketing and Sales Intern (For Marketing/Sales Students)
Responsibilities:
Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and identifying potential clients in the education sector.
Conduct research to understand educational institutions’ needs related to e-learning and LMS solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
Assist with lead nurturing and follow-up, maintaining regular communication with potential clients.
Help create sales collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations).
Support sales pipeline management by updating CRM systems and tracking progress.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to assist in strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and developments in the education technology and e-learning space.
Track progress of leads, prospects, and opportunities to assist the sales team in meeting sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. - HR Intern (For HR Students)
Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Collaborate with various departments to support HR-related needs and align with company goals.
Help maintain and update candidate databases and assist in candidate communications.
Organize and schedule new hire orientations for all incoming employees.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Business Analytics Intern (For Business Analytics Students)
Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Review social media data to understand customer sentiment and optimize strategies.
Analyze customer data to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall experience.
Assist in forecasting financial trends and tracking KPIs.
Support the budgeting process and provide actionable insights for business growth. - Finance Intern (For Finance Students)
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze revenue streams, pricing structures, and subscription models.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize revenue strategies.
Provide financial models and analysis to support the company’s growth initiatives. - Operations Intern (For Operations Students)
Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze operational data to streamline processes.
Identify areas for efficiency and process improvement.
Implement changes that enhance operational effectiveness.
General Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Selected interns for HR, Finance, Analytics, and Operations roles will work in tandem with the Marketing/Sales team (5 days a week).
Internship Duration and Compensation:
Duration: 30 to 180 days (Flexible based on the internship program).
The SIP Program will be paid, depending on the candidate’s performance.
Compensation: Paid internship ₹14,000.
